Worth County -- A 62 year old Sylvester man's medical condition may have caused his car to flip Tuesday afternoon on Highway 82 in Worth County.
62-year old Odell Shingles was driving west on 82 near the Worth/Dougherty line when his wife says he suddenly accelerated and ran off the road. The car overturned and Shingles was trapped.
Rescue workers had to use the jaws of life to free him. Shingles and his wife, Carolyn were taken to a hospital for treatment.
