Albany--   You've heard of raffles for televisions, trips, even cars. How about a raffle for a college education?

That's what happened at Darton College's Ticket To Success Scholarship Raffle Monday night. For 50 bucks, you got a chance to win prizes ranging from $250 towards tuition, books, or fees all the way up to a full year's worth of tuition.

Darton English professor Teresa Eberhardt won the big prize. She tripled her chances of winning.

"It feels wonderful. This is great because I have my son coming to school here this summer and my husband is going every semester for another year and a half at least so this is great," said Eberhardt.

A total of 86 raffle tickets were sold.  In case you missed it, Kenethia Stubbs with ticket number 0038 won 4th place.  Vanessa Lauderdale with ticket number 0124 won third place and Lailani Meadow won second place with ticket number 0009.
