Albany -- Police officers arrested an East Albany teenager for the murder of a man gunned down on Mulberry Avenue Monday night.
Investigators arrested 19-year-old Lawrence Stephens at his home on East Residence Avenue. He's charged with the murder of 21-year-old Demetrius Vicks, Monday night.
Vicks was shot in the chest during an argument in a vacant lot across the street from his house on Mulberry Avenue. His brother Travis Vicks is recovering from a gunshot wound to the leg.
Twenty-two-year-old Tavarius West is also a suspect in the shooting.
