Suspect's family arrested for helping him

April 25, 2007

Thomasville --  A man suspected of killing two people in Thomasville is still on the loose. But sheriff's deputies have arrested four people in connection with trying to help him.

Allen and Johnnie James, and Jackie and Lewis Jackson are all friends and family members of Timothy James. Investigators say they believe some or all of these individuals picked up James where he'd ditched his truck, took him to Valdosta and hid him.

James has more family in Valdosta and Florida. James' wife and 16-year-old stepson were shot to death earlier this week.
