Albany - Albany's Mayor wants you to start praying for our city in anticipation of the National Day of Prayer.

She says last week's shooting at Virginia Tech is a clear indicator that our country needs prayer. She said, "Our nation needs prayer. We need to uplift the goodness of God Almighty before our people and for our people."
