Albany - If you want to water your lawn, you better stay up late, or get up very early, because you can now only water in the wee hours of the morning.

The entire state is now banned from watering any day from 10 AM to midnight. No one is allowed to water on Fridays. The expanded ban is needed to assure the state has an adequate water supply as the drought continues to worsen.

If you plan on watering you may only do so between midnight and 10 AM on your scheduled day. That's Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at odd-number street addresses and on Mondays, Wednesdays at Saturdays at even number addresses.
