Dougherty County -- A second grader is charged with stabbing her sister in the back with a butcher knife in East Albany.
Around 5:30 Sunday afternoon, police say an 8 year old and an 11 year old were arguing at their mobile home on Sylvester Road. They say the 8 year old got a butcher knife and stabbed the 11 year old in the back.
The older girl was treated for her injury and sent home.
The 8 year old is charged with aggravated assault.
Police say the girls' Mother was at work when it happened. DFACS is also investigating.
