Albany --  The fire was first spotted by neighbors at a duplex in the 1100 block of East Roosevelt Avenue about 6:30. Firefighters say the fire was started by a log rolling out of the fireplace, setting the floor on fire.

No one was home in either side of the duplex when firefighters arrived. Firefighters say three days ago they put out a fire at the same home, started by a cigarette.

Neighbors say they are concerned. "It caught fire Monday morning about ten, and I thought everything was OK. Wake up to this morning, it's a scary sight," said Neighbor Myrika Johnson.

Arson investigators checked the fire, because the two fires there were so close together, but they ruled the cause of the fire was apparently accidental.
