Albany - Work has started on a new housing community along Oglethorpe Boulevard in Albany. Enclave at Oglethorpe is a housing development that will have 44 single family townhouses on this 20 acre parcel.

Homes will start around $115,000 and target professionals, first time home buyers or those looking to downsize.

"We like to think of what we're doing as a fresh approach to in town living because it provides the access to a lot of the cultural and recreational activities in downtown Albany, as well as employment and community services," said Nigel Pennycooke.

Construction on the new homes should start in the next four to six weeks. If you want more information, you can call Remax or Hampton Realty of Albany.
