April 13, 2007

Albany - Construction continues on the walking and biking trail stretching along the Flint River that will eventually connect to the Parks at Chehaw.   Oxford Construction crews have been working on phase II of the trail project for several weeks now.

This part of the trail is about a mile and a half and will cost close to $1 Million dollars. Construction should be finished by the fall. The third phase will extend the trail all the way to Chehaw.
