Albany--A weekend shooting outside of an Albany night-spot left one man injured and behind bars.
The shooting happened outside of Boxers on Dawson Road at about 1:30 Saturday morning.
Employees told police they heard several gunshots in the parking lot.
That's where 25-year-old Matthew McCall told police he was talking to a friend when someone driving a late 90's White Lumina pulled up and fired at least four shots.
McCall was hit once in the upper part of his leg and was driven to the hospital by his brother.
Upon investigation, police discovered McCall shot back at the Chevy Lumina.
He's now charged with discharging a firearm 50 yards from a public road and was placed on hold for 72 hours at the Dougherty County Jail.
A lookout was placed over the radio for the Chevy Lumina. The case is still under investigation.
