Valdosta - Police in Valdosta search for a missing man after his car is found abandoned in a wooded area.

The blue Chevrolet Suburban belonging to 54-year-old Charles Cook of Valdosta was found in a secluded area near Thomasville.

Cook was reported missing March 2nd.

He was last seen leaving his home in the Suburban that morning.

Police searched the area around the vehicle but found no sign of Cook.

They're asking anyone with information on Cook or his whereabouts to call the Police Tip line at 229-293-3091.
