Worth County --  Murder charges are now filed against the wife and stepson of a Worth County truck driver who was murdered.

Forty-year-old Charlene Bentley and her son, 21-year-old Chris Szorcsik are charged with killing 33-year-old Richard Bentley. Bentley was repeatedly stabbed in his home March 4th, then his body buried in a field about two miles away.

Friday night, Szorcsik confessed Saturday, led investigators to a shallow grave. Investigators say Szorcsik and his mother were both involved in the killing.

Bentley's Mother, Pat Hobensack, said, "I'm really having a hard time, the condition his hands are in, how he managed to bury Richard and move him..."

Sheriff Freddie Tompkins said, "They got into a fight, that's where it started. But what happened after that, the GBI is the one handling it."

GBI agents still aren't sure of a motive.
