Tift County --  A Tifton man lying on a road was killed early Sunday morning.

26-year-old Jonathan Bell was apparently lying on Tifton-Eldorado road around 1:30 Sunday morning when he was hit by a pickup truck.

64-year-old Monroe Bannister, also of Tifton was driving the truck.

No charges have been filed against Bannister.
