Dooly County --  A Wisconsin man dies in a freak accident on I-75 in Dooly County.  

Twenty-one-year-old Jason Buckmeier was killed Friday when a wheel came off a tractor-trailer, crossed the median and slammed into the van in which he was riding.

The other five people in the van were injured and taken to hospitals in Macon and Cordele.

No charges are expected to be filed.
