    Ravi Mikel Givens was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He is being held in the Dougherty County jail. Givens, who played ball at Westover and Stetson
    Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.

Valdosta  --  A top Ford Performance Parts manufacturer moves to South Georgia.      Steeda Autosports will relocate its corporate headquarters and production facility from Pompano Beach, Florida, to Valdosta.     

The company will be building a 100,000  square foot building and provide over 100 news job to area when the doors open.  

"The reason we chose Valdosta is because of the friendly environment to businesses, plus its very economical for us and its competitive for us to set up a state of the art facility," said President Dario Orlando.     

Steeda's new building will be located on 25 acres in Azalea East Industrial Park.
