Three people shot, hospitalized

Albany - Three people were shot in two separate incidents in Albany Thursday night. Around 9:30 PM, at Loblolly Estates on Mobile Avenue, 26-year old Travis Jackson was shot twice in the stomach.

Witnesses told police that a group of men robbed another man in that house and Jackson was shot when he fought them. He's in serious condition.

Then, around 3:30 AM, a possible gang fight outside the Sports Zone on South Slappey led to gunfire. 25-year old Forster Lake, Junior was shot in the arm and chest, and 20-year old Kendall Robinson was grazed by a bullet on the left side of his head. Lake is in fair condition. Robinson is in good condition. Police have not made arrests in either case.
