Joshua McClymont places second, with Todd Smoot of Valdosta coming in third.
Albany's Wendy Donnan takes the top spot for the women, finishing in three-hours and 32-minutes.
Donnan finished in 24th place overall, and says it's great to be competing in her home city.
"It was a thrill to be able to win on my home turf," says Donnan. "A lot of fun. The race was great, the course was a lot of fun, and the support was amazing."
