Blakely  --  A Florida man is now charged with vehicular homicide in that wreck that killed two men in Blakely last month.

Fifty-eight-year-old Stephen Collins ran a stop sign at the intersection of U. S. 27 and Highway 62 on February 11th.

His tractor-trailer hit a truck driven by a local businessman, 45-year-old William Foster.

Foster and his passenger, 40-year-old Jay Demott were killed.

Blakely authorities called the intersection dangerous, and say there've been fatalities here before. They're now working with The Department of Transportation to make improvements to the intersection.
