Albany - Albany State beginning the work for what the Rams are planning to be a fifth straight Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title.
Albany State opening spring practice on Tueasdy for what coach Mike White believes may be the first time every in the month of February.
The Rams will work out three times this week and then will put on the pads a week from Monday after spring break.
Head coach Mike White says the big goals this spring is to replace four starters on the offensive line and three starters in the secondary.
Mike White said "Those are two key positions that we have got to, just got to spend a lot of time this spring with."
Albany State will end spring practice on March 31st.
Rams open the season August 25th at home against North Carolina Central.
