Atlanta -- The Georgia Supreme Court denies the appeal of a Randolph County man serving life for murder.
Keith Shelton was convicted in 2003 for the murder of Eddie Coleman and the wounding of Georgia Mae Coleman, both of Cuthbert.
In his appeal to the high court, Shelton claimed the evidence was insufficient to convict him, and that his attorney had provided ineffective counsel. The justices rejected both claims.
