Sylvester - - A Thomasville family is richer tonight after winning thousands in the Georgia Lottery.
The $30,000 winning Fat Cat ticket was sold at the EZ Corner Convenience store in Sylvester.
Larry Laster, a truck driver, was riding through Sylvester when he made a stop to play the instant game.
Now other customers who frequently shop here say they're waiting on their big break.
"I be around here all the time. You think it will happen to you? I'm hoping so. If you don't play, you can't win," says customer Willie B. Jackson.
Laster says he plans to buy a new car and pay off some bills.
