Albany -- Warrants have been issued for an Albany man charging him with setting his house on fire during an argument with his girlfriend.
First degree arson warrants have been issued for 26 year year old Demario Buckholts.
Investigators say he set fire to this house in the 700 block of West First Avenue June 21st.
When firefighters arrived, they found the house in flames, and his girlfriends dog dead in the yard.
