Albany - Four Albany Technical College students made it to the finals today in the annual GOAL competition. GOAL, or the Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership, recognizes students who have outstanding grades and personal achievements.

"Everybody's done well. We're all winners and hopefully I'll be the one on top," says Keldrique Lofton.  He isn't just on top in his industrial systems program, he was also in the top ten of his class at Monroe High School.

Jessica McAllister, Rita Dukes and Tony Everett round out the four finalists. The winner will compete statewide and If selected as the GOAL recipient there, will serve as an ambassador of technical education and even get a new car.
