Albany - -  Albany Police are looking for the person or persons involved in a violent assault that happened at a 24 hour restaurant early Saturday morning. 

It happened at Steak and Shake restaurant around 4 o'clock. A store manager says at least two people began fighting in the restaurant after coming out of the bathroom.

The manager describes the assault as "vicious" and believes it may have involved money.

One of the persons involved reportedly had to be taken to the hospital.

Both left without paying for their meal. Albany police are investigating the incident.
