Cairo -- The Cairo Syrupmakers win the Area 1-AAA wrestling championship Saturday in their home gym.
Westover places second, followed by Monroe, Dougherty, and Crisp County.
The Patriots will send 12 wrestlers to the state tournament.
The state wrestling tournament will be held at the Gwinnett Arena in Duluth February 14th through the 17th.
