The Syrupmakers did their part, knocking off Westover 51-48, but Monroe falls 63-56.
The Westover girls defeat the Lady Syrupmakers 36-18, and the Dougherty girls top Monroe 68-50.
The Lee County boys wins Region 1-AAAA title for first time since 1985, as they win at Bainbridge 69-65.

The Randolph-Clay girls sneak past Early County 48-47, while the Red Devils beat the Bobcats 93-51.
In the GISA, the Sherwood Christian girls beat Westfield 51-44.

The Eagles lose to Westfield 52-42.
The Deerfield Windsor boys win 65-61 at Southland, and the Lady Knights are 46-30 winners.
