Albany --  Darton College and Albany State University students got a chance to learn more about politics and the media this week.

C-Span, a political news television network, has a giant bus touring the nation to promote young people's interest in politics. Today Darton College students got a free tour of the bus, and it's production facilities.

Monday the C-Span bus was at Albany State University, telling college students why the 2008 Presidential election is so crucial to their future.

"This is a way for us to encourage people to watch C-Span, and learn more about all these candidates. Especially young people. And hopefully energize them and educate them along the way,"  said C-Span Spokesperson Stephanie Green.

The C-Span bus will continue a cross country tour until the 2008 Presidential Election across the entire nation. Tomorrow they will be parked at Florida State University in Tallahassee.
