Hahira - Hahira is also welcoming an new addition to the City.

Thursday marks the first day for the City's new Mayor Wayne Bullard.

Bullard is a long time resident of Hahira and is no stranger to city government.

He's served on city council for 12 years.

He first goal is to address issues with the city's water and sewage.  "We got enough to cover what buildings we have but if a new subdivision comes to town, we just don't have enough capacity to carry them," Mayor Bullard says.

Bullard hopes to also keep the city moving in a forward direction.
