Albany -- A Dougherty County Sheriff's Deputy suffers cuts while arresting a man driving a Judge's stolen car.
Twenty-seven-year- old Trevin Davis is charged with theft by receiving and obstruction of an officer.
The six foot, three-inch, 300 pound Davis was stopped by Dougherty County Sheriff's Deputies about 3:00PM Monday on Martin Luther King Junior Drive, driving a car stolen from Probate Court Judge Nancy Stephenson.
Investigators say Davis resisted Sgt. Eddie Jackson, who required stitches for a cut hand. Judge Stephenson's car was stolen from her Northwest Albany home December 28th.
