Lee County  --  A 22-year-old Albany woman is dead and the driver of the car hospitalized after a crash on Palmyra Road. Twenty-two year old Angela Dunford was thrown out and killed when the car in which she was riding overturned.

The driver, 35-year-old Roger Hamilton, was also ejected and is in fair condition at a Hospital.  Hamilton was driving toward Albany when he lost control of the car around 11:00 Friday night.  The car swerved off the road twice before it rolled several times.

State Trooper Darryl Benton said,  "Presently the accident is still under investigation, alcohol has not been a determination as of yet, neither the driver or the passenger were wearing a seat belt at the time."

The Georgia State Patrol hasn't said yet whether charges will be filed against Hamilton.
