Albany-  The Water, Gas, and Light Board welcomed a new face Thursday and said goodbye to two board members.  Dr. Amit Singh was sworn in as the utility board's newest member.

Singh replaces Commissioner Julie Roth who was not re-appointed. Commissioner Commodore Conyers was also sworn in. Thursday was also Tommy Chatmon's last day on the board. Mayor Adams who serves as Commission Chairman named Chatmon honorary chairman and let Chatmon conduct today's business.
