Worth County -- Rescuers had to free a man trapped in his pickup truck after wreck late Wednesday afternoon. Three people were taken to the hospital after the crash, just before five o'clock at the intersection of Highways 300 and 32 in Worth County.
Troopers say the driver of a gold Crown Victoria, Elizabeth Black of Cordele, pulled in front of a pick-up truck as she turned from Highway 32 onto 300-North. Johnnie Ausby of Oakfield was trapped in his truck after he ran into Black's car.
Both drivers and a passenger were injured. State troopers expect to charge Black with failure to yield.
