Americus- Habitat for Humanities International is consolidating its U. S. Support Center functions in Americus, which will bring 15 jobs to Americus from around the country.
The U. S. Support Center's representatives had been scattered across the country at call centers in different regions, but will now be consolidated into Habitat's International Headquarters in Americus.
Habitat moved its United States Headquarters to Atlanta in April of 2006, along with 50 jobs.
The new contact center should be up and running by mid-summer.
