A Remerton City Councilman was arrested.
City Councilman Eason " Scooter" Hines was arrested Friday night at the Mellow Mushroom in Remerton.
Bar goers say Hines approached police and fire officials when they were conducting a head count at the bar and got out of hand.
He is being charged with disorderly conduct.
Remerton Police were not available to comment as they were closed in observance of Martin Luther King, Junior Day.
