Valdosta - Students Athletes at Valdosta State University took time off from hammering it out on the courts to hammering for Habitat for Humanity.
The athletes and administration began their third Annual Blazer Build.
Students from all sports will team up to complete the house by Monday.
They say its just a small way they can say thanks for the continuing community support. "Not only do we go to school here and do we play sports here, but we want to give back to the community and ive back to them as they so graciously let us in to their community." says Traci Newton, former basketball star and grad student at VSU.
This is the fourth house the Blazers have built with habitat.
