Thomasville--  Forty-one year old Diane Lucas is charged with three felonies, unlawful possession of Xanax, Valium, and Phentermine.  Police say the pharmacy where Lucas worked tipped them off.

"They evidently came across where they were missing some of the medication. It led to her. One of their personnel, loss prevention, interviewed her and then called us and then we went down, we did our own interview, and she admitted to taking some of the drugs," said Commander Kevin Lee of the Thomasville Nacotics/Vice Division.

Police also searched Lucas's purse and found a bottle with more stolen pills. They could press additional charges for these drugs. Lucas was released from the Thomas County jail on bond.
