Clay County -- An Alabama teen is killed after he and two other teenage juveniles crash a stolen pick up truck into a tree.

GSP says the accident happened around midnight last night on County Road 52, just west of Morris Road in Clay County.

Troopers say the teens lost control of the stolen 1978 Chevy pickup and struck a tree.

The GSP Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team will investigate the accident further on Monday.

Since the truck was stolen there may be charges pending against the teens who survived the crash.

All three riders were sitting in the front seat of the single cab pickup when the truck crashed and none were buckled up.
