God's Grace for Recovery

December 29, 2006

Albany - Want an alternative to New Year's celebrations that involve a lot of alcohol and partying?   How about a night of worship?

Worship 288 is putting on a free concert at Life Christian International Church on New Year's Eve from 7-9 PM. A love offering will be taken at the end of the service to benefit GraceWay, a long - term substance abuse treatment center for women.

Liz Dixon says, "It's a tremendous outpouring of generosity from the community yet again to help keep the doors of recovery open for women here in Albany. It's an alternative for New Year's Eve to give glory to the source of healing at GraceWay."

Even if you can't attend the concert, you can still donate money to help GraceWay.  Just click on the link or call GraceWay at 1-866-290-2966.
