Tifton - Want to show just how big of a loser you can be? Then maybe you should join the Biggest Loser competition in Tifton.

Rehabilitation Services is holding the 3rd annual biggest loser contest, it's a spin-off of the popular NBC show. The person who loses the biggest percentage of weight wins. Plus some of the money raised will go to benefit the Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Melanie Hall says, "It's hard work. It's not taking pills, not starving yourself. It is hard work and exercise on a daily routine and what I like most about it is that it becomes a lifestyle. It's not just something temporary." It's $40 to participate in the competition. The overall winner gets a cash prize and the remainder of the money goes toward relay for life.

The first weigh-in is January 2nd at Rehabilitation Services in Tifton.
