Birmingham, Al. - Albany's Aairon Savage is one of three Auburn Tigers named to the Coaches All-Southeastern Conference Freshman team.
Savage was third on the Tiger defense in tackles and had his first collegiate interception at Ole Miss.
Defensive pack Jerraud Powers and defensive lineman Se'Derrick Marks also made the squad.
Georgia quarterback Matthew Stafford also making the team along with Florida's Tim Tebow.
Defensive tackle Kade Weston also making the all-freshman team from the Bulldogs.
SEC freshman of the year Percey Harvin from Florida also made the team.
Kentucky had four players make the coaches all-freshman team-the most of any SEC school.
