Albany - - A woman leaving a strip mall in Albany ran her car into a vacant building Thursday afternoon.
It happened at the Brooks Plaza on Slappey Boulevard after 1:00 p.m.
Police say an elderly woman driving a beige buick pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake and ran right into a vacant building.
Police say she was the only person in the car and she wasn't seriously hurt.
They did not issue her a ticket because the incident happened on private property.
