Albany - It's election day. Did you forget to vote? It would seem that most of the registered voters in Dougherty County did.

On Tuesday there was only about a one percent turnout at the polls in the runoff election for public service commission.

When we stopped by one precinct on Palmyra Road no one was there voting, but they were not the slowest precinct. Poll Manager Robert Wells says, "The only one we heard about was a lady came in from Albany State about 11 o'clock and they had one voter."

Polls close at 7 PM.
