Albany -- Albany attorney Jim Finkelstein was arrested Thursday night. The warrant was issued in Lee County after a woman complained Finkelstein was stalking her.
Finkelstein was taken to the Lee County jail Thursday night, booked on the misdemeanor charge and released about three hours later.
When contacted Friday evening, Finkelstein wouldn't comment except to say he hopes reporters followup on the story when the case is resolved.
Finkelstein was also arrested in 1998 after an ex-girlfriend complained that he harassed her.
