Albany -- A domestic dispute leads to violence. An Albany man was stabbed in the chest Friday afternoon during an argument on the city's South side.

Police say 33-year-old Jamison Bruner was arguing with a woman in the 500 block of South Harding when she pulled a knife and stabbed him. He told police the name of his attacker and they questioned her Friday evening.

"We understand the two are very familiar with each other and there's a possibility it could be domestic related," said Chief James Younger.

Bruner is recovering from the wound. He's hospitalzed in good condition.
