Thomasville--  Each donation contributed will be represented by colorful lights and ornaments decorating a live Christmas tree. The hospital hosts a ceremony to light the tree this Monday evening at 6 o'clock.

"We have a goal of $25,000 and this comes in many different sizes of gifts so that every gift is important to us. From the $5 gift all they way up to the hundreds of dollars. So every gift is important and every gift is honored and recognized in this program," says Francis Parker of the Archbold Foundation.

The tree lighting ceremony is just the kick off to the Tree of Lights program. Gifts and donations will be accepted throughout the holiday season.
