Albany -- After getting their fill at the dinner table, a lot of south Georgians looked for a way to work off some of those calories. Some people in Albany took advantage of their holiday by taking a walk outside with family members.
They enjoyed the peacefulness and the geese and ducks out at Lake Loretta. Many say it's a relaxing escape from the busy work week.
"We are so busy with soccer, and dance, and gym, and school, and it's just nice to have the time to relax," said Laura Henderson.
The walkers also told us they're thankful for being able to spend time with their loved ones this Thanksgiving.
