Albany -- A 90 year-old driver causes a three car collision at the Westover Road and Gillionville Road intersection. It happened around 11 Sunday morning.

Police say Gleason Fowler was driving his Toyota Camry west through the intersection and was about to turn left onto Westover, but he cut off a Red Volkswagen Beetle while doing so causing a collision.

After that initial hit Fowler kept going and ran into a Montero Sport SUV stopped at the light on Westover Boulevard, about to turn left onto Gillionville Road.

The driver of that SUV saw Fowler hit the Volkswagen, but didn't expect him to keep driving. "It was a shock. I kinda saw it coming, him hitting the red car, but when he kept going and came around and hit my car, I was in shock," said Marvin Myers.

No injuries were reported from the crash. Ninety-year-old Fowler is charged with failure to yield.
