Thomas County-  The first of four suspects who robbed a Thomas County convenience store in October is jailed. 

Thursday morning, the Thomas County Sheriff's office arrested a 16 year old boy for robbing the Sun Stop convenience store at the Inland station on Highway 84. The teen is charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, and aggravated assault. A tip lead to the teens arrest. 

"We got information through the crime stoppers and we were able to confirm some statements that he had made and we had enough probable cause to obtain a warrant," said Inv. Tim Watkins, Thomas County Sheriff's Office. 

The suspects were caught on the store's surveillance tape stealing cigarettes, money, and several other items.
