Valdosta  --  Police have arrested a South Georgia man suspected of committing crimes in two states.

Thirty-four-year-old Reginald McBride of Valdosta was taken into custody Wednesday night. Valdosta Police are charging him with armed robbery, burglary and aggravated assault after he robbed residents at 807 South Fry Street earlier this month.

They say McBride is wanted for weapons charges in Rochester, New York as well as probation charges in Ware County, Georgia and aggravated assault in Alma, Georgia.

They say more charges may be forthcoming.
